E-FLO: Using File Layout to Load Data That Has Line Feed in Long Data Field Parses Incorrectly and Will Not Load. (Doc ID 943914.1)

Using File Layout within Application Engine program that loads data where a line feed exists within field data, and the File is not parsed correctly, and not letting the data be loaded.

When parsing CSV file in File Layout, a Long DESCR field has Line feed within data parses as if a new field was encountered. It is expected that the comma would be the field deliminator, and that the Line Feed would be accepted.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Open App Designer, and File Layout.
2. Go to Preview Tab, Select Segment and Browse to select csv file to load.
3. Hit the Round Arrow to parse file.
4. Review parsed results in lower pane of Preview panel.
