On Campus Solutions, there are occasions when during the close of a business date, an error is made on the Close Cashier Office component, resulting in some Cashier Office entities not being properly closed for the business date.
The next business date cannot be opened when this issue exists. During the open process, an error will be displayed, stating the prior business date has not yet been closed.
