Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users may experience intermittent issues when simultaneously running REN processes (eg Concurrently running two reports to window. Or running a report to window while CTI console is up). The following may occur:
1) Report remains in QUEUED status.
2) User gets error "Communication with the REN Server failed (HTTP 403 Forbidden)".
This issue occurs in an environment where there is more than one active REN cluster. The problem goes away if all but one of the REN clusters is inactivated.
