Symptoms

The Benefit Program is configured to use the IRS age graded table ID to calculate employer paid deductions for Supplemental Life as the rate is the same as to calculate the taxable benefit for imputed income.

The incorrect Age graded rate is used when calculating employer paid Supplemental Life.
