Reprocessing Open Enrollment Events When Available Through Self Service Was Not Checked, Does Not Reset The Check Box (Doc ID 951290.1)

Symptoms

Open Enrollment events are not available for entry in Self Service. The OE Event Class was not set to be "Available through Self Service" before Benefits Administration was run for this Open Enrollment. That switch was set after the events were created.  A few employee events were reprocessed, but this did not resolve the issue.
