Symptoms

When runing the DBTSFIX.sqr program during the PeopleTools 8.49 upgrade from PeopleTools 8.48, the following error occurs.

(SQR 1500) Array element out of range (65535) for array 'a_dbts_list' on line 122.

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the PeopleTools 8.49 upgrade using Change Assistant.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: LOW - Scripts that get modified can be ran manually.
Due to this issue, users cannot use Change Assistant to modify the upgrade scripts.
