Symptoms


Person basic sync errors for few user ID's.

REPLICATION STEPS:
=================
1. Login to HRMS application and make changes to person or add person under navigation
Home--> Workforce Administration--> Add Person/Modify Person.
2. Check the message status under PeopleTools-->Integration Broker-->Message Monitor--> Service Operation-->Person basic sync.
3. Message is in Done status.
4. Now Loginto CRM application and check the message status under PeopleTools-->Integration Broker-->Message Monitor--> Service Operation-->Person basic sync.
5. Subscription is in error state for Person Basic Sync.

ERROR MESSAGE:

USER ID not authorized for service operation Person_Basic_sync.
