Symptoms
Unable to access HRHD 360 data in CRM. Following error message appears:
"Integration between CRM and HR application is not setup correctly.Integration error.
User VP1 not authorized to invoke service operation.......(158,536)"
STEPS
---------
- Log into CRM application as VP1
- Navigate to HRHD 360 degree page.
- Give KU0010 in employee search
- HRHD 360 page opens for KU0010 but following error appears
Call centre agents are unable to process client customer requests as call centre agents are unable to access HRHD data like benefits, direct report, payroll etc
HRHD 360 page opens but only worker name and few details are shown in the page. Benefits, direct report, payroll etc information is not displayed.
