Symptoms

If a retro absence event is entered a retro trigger is not created.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
--------------------
1. Enter an Absence Event that is prior to the current absence period
Navigation:Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences - Absence Event
2. Review Employee retro triggers
Navigation: Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing - Prepare Payroll - Review Triggers

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
--------------------

A retro trigger should be created as of the absence start date

and

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
------------------

No retro trigger is created

IMPACT
-------------

Medium: Prior absences cannot be processed, which could lead to under or over payments.
