Symptoms
When using Data Mover or Application Designer that is installed on a Windows Server 2008 64-bit server to sign-on to a demo HRMS 9.0/PT 8.50 database on SQL Server 2008 64-bit, the following error occurs:

Invalid Access ID and password for sign-on - see your security administrator
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Start Datamover or Application Designer.
2. Logon to the database as a PeopleSoft user or in boot strap mode.
