Purpose

Sometimes, the Data folder, under PS_HOME\appserv\CorrespondenceManagement\data folder navigation path, contains a lot of files which are occupying disk space. Can we delete these files? Are they useful for the CRM application ? What is their purpose ? Can its location be changed?
