E-IB: Java Exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax.crypto.b (initialization failure) When Signing into Integration Gateway Login Page (Doc ID 979198.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access the IB gateway properties file via PIA, we receive a Java Exception Error that says

Java Exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax.crypto.b (initialization failure): during call of com.peoplesoft.pt.integrationgateway.common.EncryptPassword.encryptPassword. (2,763) PSGATEWAY_WRK.OK_PB.FieldChange PCPC:1003 Statement:18

The noted Java error was thrown during a call of the given method.
