Symptoms
We are currently working with a Oracle team to improve run time for T&L Load (PSPLDTL1). We are running the load on a reduced population in a test environment to fix long running times in production that is impacting our payroll.This impacts our production payroll but we are currently undergoing an effort in a test environment for performance tuning.

We are running TL load separately and loading additional time for employees corresponding to change in Job refresh flag while running paycalc. Paygroup contains more than 5000 employees.
