Goal
This document explains how to copy and compare PeopleSoft code from one environment to another, using the File Compare utility built into Application Designer.
This utility is useful for troubleshooting performance and other application issues where it is important to pinpoint differences in code between two environments. For example, one could use this utility to:
- check if patches were properly deployed
- check for undocumented customizations
- identify missing code
