Purpose
This document covers the generic lifecycle of an RFC. Excluded from this document are certain RFC Types, as these differ from the generic flow: Refresh, Maintenance, Backup, Implementation, CEMLI.
Also special activities, like Rescheduling or Cancelling are not discussed. It focuses solely on the successful lifecycle of a RFC and the components involved.
We assume that the RFC should first be promoted to a non-production instance and then be promoted to a production instance
