OBIEE And LDAP Integration Timeout

Symptoms
OBIEE is using Default Authenticator and LDAP server to store users and an external table to store group information with virtualize=true enabled in the Enterprise Manager.
One LDAP user can access OBIEE, all other users can't access and there is a time out error in nqserver.log file.
