Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Version 12.1: Brazil - LAD Add-on Localizations

When using the Brazilian EBS-OTM Integration localization solution to import RPA, CTE or OVP fiscal documents from NDD integration partner into Integrated Receiving module, the concurrent program CLL F514: Service Get Files completes with the following error message, in Brazilian Portuguese language, which can be seen in the concurrent log file:

<ResponseMessage>A mensagem foi recebida e está sendo processada.</ResponseMessage>

Note: Such string is part of the response sent by an NDD integration partner web service, and can be translated as “The message has been received and is being processed”. The est&#xE1 part of the string refers to a Brazilian Portuguese special character encoding and may vary from server to server.

Steps

To reproduce this issue, follow these steps:

 1. Run the concurrent program CLL F514: Service Files to request fiscal documents from NDD integration partner.
 2. Immediately after that, run the concurrent program CLL F514: Service Get Files to get the requested documents. Note: Some of the documents requested by the concurrent program CLL F514: Service Files may not be retrieved by the concurrent program CLL F514: Service Get Files.
 3. Open the concurrent log file of the CLL F514: Service Get Files program and search for the error message string. This will indicate that there are requested documents not provided.

Business Impact

You may need to run the concurrent program CLL F514: Service Get Files more than once to retrieve RPA, CTE or OVP fiscal documents from the NDD integration partner.
