SESSION IS DUPLICATED IN SIEBEL ESALES WHEN USER LOGS IN

When attempting to force the login by navigating the user to a view with property Explicit Login = TRUE, the following occurs:
If they do this on our "Home Page View (eSales)" their session transfers from our anonymous user "SGUEST" to our test user "dev_test" fine.
If they attempt this on any other view, the session is duplicated.
This is happening only with Single Sign On enable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Enable eSales application and add a anonymous user
2) Add a control with the following properties in Quick Add Form Applet :
Name: GotoView Test
HTML Type: Label
And the following User Properties:
Name: View , Value: Order History Summary View (eSales)
3) add the new control in the web layout.
4) Set Explicit Login = TRUE for Order History Summary View (eSales)
The link will be available in eSales Home Page and Catalog view. The link works fine when it is in Home Page. However, when the user click in GotoView Test link from any other view, it shows up the SSO login pop up, when the user logs in, it generate another session in OM.
