Synchronize method of EAI Siebel Adapter is deleting child records

The requirement is to Synchronize certain Child entities of Contact. Data is coming from external systems and is updated in Siebel using 'EAI Siebel Adapter' business service through Web Service
Following is the setup:
Child IC2: FINCORP Account BC
Child IC2: Credit Cards (Custom BC)
Child IC3: Customer Leverage (Custom BC)
Child IC4: Alerts (Custom BC)
Child IC5: Complaints (Custom BC)
The incoming SiebelMessage has child records for Accounts, Customer Leverage, Credit Cards, Complaints and Alerts. However, Synchronize works fine for child entities - Credit Cards and Customer Leverage but not for Alerts and Complaints. For Alerts and Complaints, no records are inserted
