Crash was occuring in VBC -'Compact Function Booking VBC:

1. Customer is invoking the method NewRecord on the applet 'SHM Compact Function Space Diary' of the view CMT Site FSS Diary - My Property' of the screen 'SHM Function Space Diary Screen'
2. this will be handled in the code and lead to a DoInvokeRefresh of what seems to be a gantt chart applet
3. this will lead to the execution of the VBC 'TNT SHM Compact Function Booking VBC' which appears to retrieve the information and create the virtual records for the bookings by a sequence of function calls > GetItemData > PopulateBCData > CreateBookings > CreateSSBooking > GetDerivedDataForSS > CreateCmptBooking > CreateCmpdSSDerived.
