Two Redemption transactions associate the same Accrual items (Doc ID 1059333.1)

Symptoms

Customer using 2 client login with same member - Means two session for user or two different user.
Created a member and created accrual items with points 300.

Then with two different clients - created two redemption transactions and process them at same time by two different client for same user login or different user login but same time.

Both transaction got process and member balance in Negative.

This is happening only when customer tried to process two redemption of member by two users or two different sessions.

This problem can be reproduced by the following way.
Step 1: find a member with points,for example 20000
Step 2:create 2 or more redeem txns for this member,each txn with 20000 num_points
Step 3:Change the txn's status from acceptable to process at the same time
