NEGATIVE BALANCE ON CANCELLATION OF LOYALTY TRANSACTION

This was noticed in UAT phase and now we are moving into Production in some time.
To replicate the issue:
Create a new member.
Create an accrual transaction of 20 points( Available Points = 20)
Create a redemption transaction for 20 points(Available Points= 0)
Cancel accrual transaction. ( Availble points = -20).
We were able to reproduce the issue in vanilla srf also.
