"Wave Launch" remains "In Progress" during email campaign launch. (Doc ID 1069188.1)

Symptoms

1. Task "Wave Launch" stayed in status "In Progress" for Campaign with Email Offers.
2. Server log file shows the following errors :

sCreate 1 000011ed4b612010:0 2010-01-29 09:57:05 Created server process (OS pid = 9728 ) for SrvrSched
ServerLog ProcessExit 1 000011ee4b612010:0 2010-01-29 10:00:15 SMObjMgr_ptb 9728 SBL-OSD-01000 Process 9728 exited with error - Internal: The process attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
ServerLog ProcessCreate 1 000011ed4b612010:0 2010-01-29 10:00:15 Created server process (OS pid = 8168 ) for SMObjMgr_ptb
ServerLog ProcessExit 1 000011ee4b612010:0 2010-01-29 10:22:46 ServerMgr 3780 SUCCESS Process 3780 completed Successfully
ServerLog ProcessCreate 1 000011ed4b612010:0 2010-01-29 10:52:18 Created server process (OS pid = 1160 ) for SrvrSched
ServerLog ProcessExit 1 000011ee4b612010:0 2010-01-29 10:52:18 1160 SBL-SMI-00033 Process 1160 exited with error - The client exited without closing the SISNAPI connection

3. A review of Eapps.cfg ( External ) shows the use of Load balancing :
