In a Siebel CCA implementation, when user tries to login into CTI Toolbar the following error message is returned and all buttons remain inactive:
"Unable to load communications driver. Unable to create a Service object from driver sscmtaw with channel string CCA Integration(SBL-CSR-00501)"
In the Scomm log file following relevant data is printed:
ERROR:Failed on invoking ShellUIInit in Comm. Client Svc., err=7537141, msg=Unable to load communications driver. Unable to create a Service object from driver sscmtaw with channel string CCA Integration(SBL-CSR-00501), input= SWECmd = InvokeMethod
SWEMethod = ShellUIInit
The Virtual Driver logs contains the following errors:
ERROR:MsgProviderProxy:Open, err=-4, msg=Error! Network Problem
ERROR:Opening ADMIN Application Session failed!
ERROR:No backup CCA server configured, couldn't complete switch!
FATAL:Driver initialization failed!
