Is Siebel Chat supported for eService Customer face application? (Doc ID 1078058.1)

Is it possible to implement Siebel Chat with the eService application in Siebel version 8.1.1?.

The instructions in the Siebel chat guide refer to configuring with ESupport.
There is a requirement for similar steps to be configured with eService.

There is also a requirement for more detailed instructions for deploying Siebel_Extensions_8.1.1.23.tar.gz for Oracle Application Service 10g.
