The instructions in the Siebel chat guide refer to configuring with ESupport.
There is a requirement for similar steps to be configured with eService.
There is also a requirement for more detailed instructions for deploying Siebel_Extensions_126.96.36.199.tar.gz for Oracle Application Service 10g.
