Campaign Launch Not Working With SSO Enabled In Both CRM and OBI (Doc ID 1084963.1)

Symptoms

After configuring SSO with Siteminder between CRM and BI, Campaign Launch is failing.

Segments screen in CRM works with no issues. Similarly, logon to OBI with SSO works.

Changes

Bug 10528355 was created to address the support for SSO for Campaigns in 8.1.1.x. However it was closed as not feasible to fix.
