IMAP Errors in Email Response, Call Stack Errors (Doc ID 1086850.1)

The customer was trying to complete ACR 374 enhancement in which is to enable IMAP protocol. They had followed the instructions in ACR 374 and had configured the following EMRJavaSubsys profile:

JVM Classpath: D:\sba80\siebsrvr\CLASSES\JMailClient.jar;D:\sba80\mgmtsrvr\3rdparty\mail.jar;D:\sba80\mgmtsrvr\3rdparty\activation.jar

JVM Dll Name: D:\sba80\ocm\jre\1.5.0\bin\client\jvm.dll

JVM Options: DXmx512m -

In addition, they created a new IMAP Profile and assigned it to a Response Group. They had confirmed that the IMAP account was accessible via IMAP by connecting it with Outlook Express (on the actual Siebel server) and applied the same IMAP parameters to the Siebel IMAP Profile.
