Account and Contact Unmerge not Restoring Child Objects to Victim record in UCM - Universal Customer Master (Doc ID 1107864.1)

Goal

We are working on a SR where the customer is not able to get the child contact re-parenting back to the right parent Account record.

Let me explain the scenario in detail:

1) Create TWO accounts and THREE contacts then associate
the contacts as follows.
=========================================
UCM01
> First A
> Second B

UCM02
> Second BC

2) Merge Account. where victim account is UCM02.
=========================================
UCM01 will be deleted and finally UCM02 will be having the below 3 contacts

> First A
>Second B
> Second BC

3) Merge contact-merge Second B and Second BC
=========================================
UCM02 will now be having
> First A
>Second BC

4) Unmerge account.
=========================================
UCM02
> First A
>Second BC

Final Result:

UCM01-created
> First A
>Second BC
UCM02

Issue:

But the contact "Second BC" should be under "UCM02" account.I have researched but did not find any information explaining the above test case.
