ADSI Security Adapter Not Working With User Workstation Restriction Policies

The user is attempting to use ADSI authentication in Siebel with restrictions set at the Active Directory level in regards to which workstations a given account can login on. An account without these restrictions works fine, but the restricted account is failing to login with the following error pattern noted:

... User password status is 1.

... returns 8007052e and object interface 0.

... SecurityLogin() return 17.

... SBL-SEC-10007: The password you have entered is not correct. Please enter your password again.

... SBL-UIF-00272: The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect.
Please check the spelling and try again.
