Our requirement is to remove the "Quick Print" and "Reports" button from one of the 2 Siebel applications we have and the "How Do I …" button from both applications.
We were able to successfully remove the "How Do I …" button from both applications by inactivating the "Open Task Assistant" toolbar item in the "Task Assistant" and "Task Assistant Hybrid" toolbars.
If we use the same approach for the "Quick Print", the button is removed from both applications.
Using the same approach for the "Reports" button, nothing happened; the button was still displayed in both applications.
In Siebel 6, we could define the toolbars to be used in a specific application by adding the appropriate toolbars to the Application Toolbar item under the Application Object Explorer. In Siebel 7, how can we specify that the "Quick Print" button/toobar and "Reports" button/toolbar is only displayed in the "Siebel Universal Agent" application and not for the other application that uses the same SRF, different URLs, different CFG files?
