Loading all the Transactions in Dispatch Board Taking Longer Time (Doc ID 1128576.1)

Users are observing slow performance in the Dispatch Board, it is High Interactivity mode (HI mode).

Here are some example user transactions:

Transaction 1: Siebel International Production ----> "Dispatch" Screen ---> Dispatch Dashboard ---> Here we have a button called "Service Region" --> Click will open picklist ----> Selecting a record and pressing "Ok" ---> Is taking long time to display

Transaction 2: Siebel International Production ----> "Dispatch" Screen ---> Dispatch Dashboard ---> below "Service Region" button we have time segments (1,2,3,4 etc). When click on this chart window taking time to load.

Transaction 3: Siebel International Production ----> "Dispatch" Screen ---> Dispatch Dashboard ---> once chart is open ---->when scrolling in horizontal bar to view date/time historically is slow

Transaction 4: Siebel International Production ----> "Dispatch" Screen ---> Dispatch Dashboard ---> Drill down on activity from chart is faster, but when we come back to "Ghantt Chart" by clicking in Link Bar is slow.

Transaction 5: Siebel International Production ----> "Dispatch" Screen ---> Dispatch Dashboard ---> Drag/Drop Activities into chart is slow.
