Siebel Component Process Not Starting Error:Process Exited With Error - Error Code Sbl-Gen-00001 (Doc ID 1143356.1)

Symptoms


Siebel Components like AOM are not starting even though Siebel server is up and running.


More in detail:
Among 3 application servers, 2 of those are load balanced for object manager components i.e. FinsObjMgr_enu.

 These two servers are Test_PRD2 and Test_PRD3.
 Application server Test_PRD2 is up and running.
 Application server Test_PRD3 was  up and running, however a many components fail to start after server startup.

 Filename = <EnterpriseName>.log
 See the following error:
