Unable To Login After Implementing Load Balancing Of Web Servers

=== ODM Issue Clarification ===
On : 18.104.22.168 SIA  version,
after logging into the URL: https://<load balancer>/fins an error message is seen.
We are implementing load balancing for our web servers(2) on our acceptance environment using CISCO ACE load balancer.
SSL offloading is done by the load balancer and plain http requests are sent to web servers(IIS)
When the load balancer is by-passed and HTTP is used (http://hostnameofwebserver/fins), everything works fine.
We get a blank page and when checked in the IE status bar the following error appears:
Error: '_swe._sweapp.S_CAS' is null or not an object
URL: https://<load balancer>/fins/start.swe?SWECmd=Login&SWEPL=1&SWETS=123456789012"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the Siebel application using HTTPS: https://<load balancer>/fins
2. Enter login details
3. A blank page is displayed
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Siebel application when attempting to connect via HTTPS.
