A WSDL includes complexTypes with the attribute abstract="true":
<xs:complexType name="AdresType" abstract="true">
<xs:complexType name="AdresNederlandType" abstract="true">
<xs:complexType name="AdresBuitenlandType" abstract="true">
An instance of AdresType in a SOAP document can be of type AdresNederlandType or AdresBuitenlandType and include the structure defined by the relevant address type.
When the customer consumed the WSDL in Tools a request and response IO was created and for each IO an IC called Adres was created but it does not include any fields and an IC was not created for AdresNederlandType and AdresBuitenlandType. ICs were created for other non-absract complexTypes.
The customer asked whether the abstract attribute is supported.
