Loyalty Batch Engine Fails While Processing Buckets With SBL-LTY-00124

Symptoms
On : 7.8.2.10 [19241] version, Siebel Loyalty, when starting Loyalty Batch Engine to process Buckets, the processing threads show the following errors:
(loycachemgr.cpp (1170)) SBL-LTY-00124: The Loyalty Promotion with Id <> was not found.
SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record.Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
The same error has also been seen when running the LOY engine via a workflow process. The doc id : Transaction Processing Failures With The Error ‘Promo Id Not Found (SBL-LTY-00124)' Using Workflow Process Manager (Doc ID 2281984.1) has the solution to this issue.
