Loyalty Batch Engine Fails While Processing Buckets With SBL-LTY-00124

On : 184.108.40.206  version, Siebel Loyalty, when starting Loyalty Batch Engine to process Buckets, the processing threads show the following errors:
(loycachemgr.cpp (1170)) SBL-LTY-00124: The Loyalty Promotion with Id <> was not found.
SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record.Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
