Symptoms

The customer had recently configured CTI in their acceptance environment. CTI functionally was working intermittently, every 2 or 3 logins they encountered the following error message:

SComm[06/08/2010 15:49:00:868]:ERROR:Failed to invoke method(StartAllDriver) at media manager, detail error = Unable to create a Driver object from driver aicd with Media-Type-String Avaya(SBL-CSR-00500)
