Symptoms


The customer has 10 Siebel Servers each running an Object Manager on a Unix platform. Each Component has Max and Min MT Servers parameters set to 24. So in all there could be 240 Object Manager processes running in the environment.

They have 1 Siebel Server that runs the Communication Session Manager (CSM) component (no object Manager) on a Windows machine.

They have tied a CTI configuration to this CSM component using the GateWay, Request Server etc configuration parameters. The CSM has Max Tasks to 700, Max and Min MT server to 10.

They have around 240 users currently.

The SRBroker on the Windows box is running out of Tasks. The CSM is fine, plenty of tasks free.
