Is it possible for users in the Siebel CRM to search for accounts in UCM?

A customer was on 18.104.22.168 SIA and was implementing ACR437 to integrate separate UCM and Siebel CRM environments. This includes the UCM CRUD web services such as OrgaizationMatchService.
The customer’s requirement was to enable a user in the CRM to enter search criteria for an account and to retrieve the matching records from UCM. The matches should be displayed in the UI and the user should be able to select the required account and the data relating to it should be displayed.
The customer wanted to know whether the CRM application includes this functionality as standard.
