Password change is not working for user in ADSI authentication

Password change is not working in ADSI authentication.
Whenever user tries to change it, receives following error:
SecAdptLog 3rdpartyTrace 3 000007c94cb54c00:0 2010-10-13 11:01:38 (IADsUser*)17da78->SetPassword(*) returns 80070005.
SecAdptLog 3rdpartyTrace 3 000007c94cb54c00:0 2010-10-13 11:01:38 (IADsUser*)17da78->ChangePassword(*,*) returns 80070056.
SecAdptLog 3rdpartyTrace 3 000007c94cb54c00:0 2010-10-13 11:01:38 FormatMessage() returns 30 and message text 'The specified network password is not correct.
