Symptoms

Customer is not able to navigate to Administration - Server Management views after installing Siebel 8.1.1.3 Fix Pack. The following error message appears:

An error has occurred creating business component 'Enterprise Component Group' used by business object 'Server Admin'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00222)
