Find that Siebel CTI users are having slow Siebel performance on the client side (Internet Explorer) when navigating between Siebel screens. The behavior is more noticeable when the CTI users use the scrolls bars in large Siebel Views. The performance as soon as the user open the Siebel Application is fine, now as he keeps working the performance is getting slower and slower and at some point it is so slow that the user needs to logout and close Internet Explorer and open a new one.
Also Internet Explorer proccess (iexplorer.exe) shows CPU spikes at 100% during nagivation.
Expect behavior is to Application performance does not get slow over the time like for non CTI users.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login a Siebel CTI user.
2. Keep working on Siebel Application for a couple of hours, the performance should get slow, try to use the scroll bars on large view where the issue is more noticeable.
3. Internet Explorer shows CPU spikes at 100%
