java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space error while running Siebel BI Publisher report (Doc ID 1267536.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.3 SIA[21219] version & BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.x, Reports

When attempting to run custom reports the following error occurs in XMLPReportServer log:


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Go to Site Map -> Administration - BIP Reports -> Custom Templates
3. Upload Report Template created newly
4. Run the new report and above error is displayed in UI

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run any new report created.
