Goal
Customer is considering using a CAPTCHA. A CAPTCHA refers to the process of challenging a user with a question or some other task that will distinguish between a human and a computer. Most CAPTCHA solutions involve either writing code or making calls to a public web service to display a picture of some random letters or words, and validating that a user re-typed in the correct letters/words. The purpose of CAPTCHA is to block form submissions by automated scripts that post spam content everywhere they can.
Customer would like to know if CAPTCHA is supported in Siebel CRM or if Oracle have a standard approach to this issue.
