Loyalty Object Processing Order Of Batch Engine (Doc ID 1270209.1)

Siebel Loyalty Engine - Version 8.1.1.3 SIA[21219] and later

Goal

Batch Engine can process both txn and tier. I am wondering if batch engine has specific order of processing txn and tier record?

For example, if at the end of member's current tier (silver tier), he does not earn enough point to requalify silver tier, then he is supposed be downgraded to base the next day (of tier end date of current member tier record). And if at the next day, member submit a txn with 500 qual points which is just enough for retain at silver tier.

Then there are two possibilities at the next day when batch engine processing:
1. If Tier is processed first, then member will be downgraded first and 500 qual points will be add to the new member tier reocrd (base level).
2. If txn is processed first, then member will have enough qual point to requalify silver tier when tier is processed later.

Which one is the expected behaviour of batch engine? Does batch engine have specific order when processing different objects?
