Territory Management: ‘Cg Territory Identifier’ On Bc Account Not Populated

The alignment is created on TM Account object.
It is a Major alignment.
One territory node.
There is a Geography rule for Postal Code, and Position rule. The corresponding application UI is in Territory Management > Alignments Administration > Rules > Geography for Geography rule, Territory Management > Alignments Administration > Rules > Positions for Position rule.
Run Alignment and Activate alignment (Activate Rules) are successful, with the correct result in Account Team for the position assigned. The Results for the alignment is displayed in Territory Management > Alignments Administration > Results > Accounts tab.
The only incorrect behavior is S_TERR_ACCNT does not have this record, i.e., the account results are not shown in Territory Management > Territories Administration > Rules > Accounts for the territory node.
