Symptoms
Having issues connecting to the srvrmgr utility, specifiying a server name in order to change a pararmeter value:
SBL-ADM-05002: The specified component definition, (null), could not be found.
SBL-ADM-01042: Login failed for specified username, password, and ODBC datasource combination
