When Adding Products On Portal Catalog The Error SBL-DAT-00354 for LOY Product Offering Occurs In The Log file (Doc ID 1292765.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel eLoyalty Application, use the setup below:

1) Go to Catalog - select Category then product
2) drill down on the product - Points and Point type field is empty
3) Also Add item button is disable.

At product level:

Set Points - Point type and payment method Txn type as Redemption.
Pricing - Primary Price list
Catalog and category - public.
Category level - set display template as Redemption and also tested with Product Template.

The products were released and added to the price list and same products added to the categories under the catalog.

The catalog is set to 'Buying' type and the categories have display template set to 'Redemption'

The catalog and categories are not flagged as 'private' and the access group has been added to all of them

Refreshed cache for the categories and refreshed the product cache.

When User login to the eLoyalty portal, the catalog and the categories are visible under 'Buy/Redeem Products'. The count of products are also being shown in braces against the category.

If you check the Log file for eLoyalty the following error is seen:
