When a user tries to execute a custom report or upload a template one of the following errors are displayed:
This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record.(SBL-DAT-00215)
Note : Above error (SBL-DAT-00215) is shown even when there are records to be displayed in the reports, XMLPReportServer and Object Manager logs do not contain any reference to SBL-DAT-00215 when reviewed, even a fresh set of reports does not contain any entry with the reported error.
Process XMLPReportServer on Siebel Server <SERVER_NAME> terminated
Operation '<?>' of Web Service '<?>.<?>' at port '<?>' failed with the following explanation: "<?>".(SBL-EAI-04308) (IDS_EAI_WS_OD_FAULT)
The query could not be run because there is an invalid character in the field '<?>'. Please ensure that the value in the field is formatted correctly with only valid characters. Missing quotes around the search criteria or unnecessary punctuation will often cause an error.(SBL-DAT-00403)
No field matches identifier '<?>'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00416)
Vanilla and other custom reports can be executed without problems. These messages may appear under different circumstances, such as when uploading a report template or when executing the report.
