eCommunication application will throw following error when user trying to submit the sales order.
1.SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'External Order', method 'Insert' at stepExternal Order Proxy'.
2.Operation 'Insert' is expecting a response but no response was received.(SBL-EAI-04311)
This is applicable for following environment:
2. Go to Installed Assets-->Create New Record-->It will create Sales Order
3. Go to Sales Order Line Items-->Add appropriate product and pricing information
4. Submit the Order for provisioning.
