eCommunication Application Throwing Error: "SBL-EAI-04311- Operation 'Insert' is expecting a response but no response was received" When User Submit Sales Order. (Doc ID 1305156.1)

eCommunication application will throw following error when user trying to submit the sales order.

1.SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'External Order', method 'Insert' at stepExternal Order Proxy'.
2.Operation 'Insert' is expecting a response but no response was received.(SBL-EAI-04311)

This is applicable for following environment:

Application & Version: Siebel eCommunications v8.1.1.3 SIA

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Account-->Account Summery
2. Go to Installed Assets-->Create New Record-->It will create Sales Order
3. Go to Sales Order Line Items-->Add appropriate product and pricing information
4. Submit the Order for provisioning.
