Statement of Issue:
MQSeries Server Receiver (MqSeriesSrvRcvr) is being used to pick up messages on a WebSphere MQ queue. MqQueueManagerName is not set to a value in the MQSeriesServerSubsys (RB_CRMI_INBOUND_3). A default queue manager name is specified in the mqs.ini file. When a MqSeriesSrvRcvr task is started it fails with an error.

Business Impact:
If queue manager name has to be specified then customer will have to specify 10 different reply queues and 10 MQ recievers using 10 different named subsystems on 6 Siebel servers.
